Discovery Chat: 15 Minutes - FREE
A relaxed chat to get better acquainted and to discuss your health goals. During this time, we take a look at your current food and lifestyle choices. From here I can make recommendations on how to move forward. With no pressure, you are free to process our chat and get back to me when you are ready to start the journey.
Full Consultation: 1 hour - $110.00
This consultation follows on from our discovery chat. During the consultation we dive a little deeper to get to the root of your health and happiness roadblocks. This enables me to create a personal plan that is unique to you. You will also receive resources to assist you on your journey.
Review Consultation: 30 minutes- $60.00
Review appointments are recommended to track your progress and just as important to celebrate your wins. It's not uncommon to experience challenges along the way, we all have our good and bad days but together I can help you stay on track to achieving your goals.
Telehealth consultations
